Há clubes, espalhados por essa Europa, cuja programação reflecte um olhar atento à sua volta, uma busca contínua pelo que de mais relevante a música de dança nos pode oferecer, seguindo uma linha bem demarcada e traçada a rigor. O KHIDI, na longínqua Geórgia, faz parte dessa restrita família. A partir de Janeiro o Orbits Gare passa a apresentar “In Orbits destination Khidi” uma parceria regular que visa a troca de experiências interpares, com o clube georgiano a apresentar por cá alguns dos seus, e nós a viajarmos a Tblissi para mostrar aquilo de que somos feitos. Nesta primeira sessão o KHIDI apresenta PEARL / Falling Ethics. Oriundo de Santader mas a residir em Berlim, o fundador da Falling Ethics deu-nos recentemente a conhecer o seu álbum de estreia “Temptation Through Impatience”, um verdadeiro tratado numa perspectiva actual do techno, que tanto bebe inspiração na corrente britânica como no industrial. Um caminho que tem vindo a seguir desde 2011, apoiado pela Warm Up de Oscar Mulero ou pela holandesa Planet Rythm. Estreia há muito desejada por cá. KHIDI, in the far flung destination of Georgia, is part of that exclusive family. From January onwards, Orbits Gare will present “In Orbits destination Khidi” a regular partnership that seeks to trade like minded experiences with the Georgian Club to bring some of their artists here and send some of our favourites to Tblissi to showcase what we’re made of. In this first session, KHIDI presents PEARL / Falling Ethics. Hailing from Santander but currently residing in Berlin, the founder of Falling Ethics has recently released his first album “Temptation Through Impatience” a true benchmark of the current techno landscape, inspired equally by Industrial and the British wave of electronic music. A path he has followed since 2011 with support from Oscar Mulero’s Warm Up or Dutch giant Planet Rhythm. A long awaited debut at Gare.
