Tony Scott não é de todo um novato nestas andanças. Desde meados de 90 que se estabeleceu como figura proeminente da lendária Soma Records ao lado de nomes como Slam ou Funk D'Void, contribuindo para a definição sonora da editora escocesa. Há 10 anos deu então inicio a Edit Select, e à editora homónima, projecto debruçado sobre o deep techno, mental e hipnótico, onde os sons descarnados pela regra "less is more" não deixam de contribuir para uma envolvência e um groove tão característicos das suas produções. Since the mid-nineties he has established himself as one of the figureheads of the legendary Soma Records alongside names such as Slam or Funk D'Void, contributing his unique voice to the Scottish label's aesthetic. 10 years ago he created the pseudonym Edit Select, along with a label of the same name, a project with which he creates deep, hypnotic techno. His "less is more" take on the genre is imbued with atmospheric textures and fierce grooves that make his productions stand apart.
