Artefakt é um projecto colaborativo entre os produtores holandeses Robin Koek e Nick Lapien, assente na paixão partilhada pela música que aproxima a melancolia ao hipnotismo voodoo. Da aplicação das suas ideias a um método de trabalho meticuloso, resulta uma sonoridade equilibrada e hipnótica transposta enfim para o clube, quer em formato DJ set como em live act, fixando a mente baloiçando o corpo. O que decididamente faz de Artefakt um caso aparte, é a combinação entre o aparato musical, atmosfera e groove, cativando o espirito, quer se oiça em casa com headphones ou num gigante PA num Festival. O mágico “Kinship”, editado recentemente pela Delsin Records e um dos álbuns mais apreciados por nós em 2017, serve de base á prestação com que a dupla tem fascinado a Europa e que agora chega ao Gare. Fabrizio Lapiana dá inicio à sua carreira em meados dos anos 90, influenciado pela sonoridade de Detroit e Roma do inicio da década, e pelos pioneiros europeus da música electrónica. Nos seus sets o fundador da Attic Music deixa-nos levar por um techno preciso e intimista, seduzindo-nos com uma mistura entre o presente e o passado, o profundo e o complexo através de uma obscuridade acid e groovy com algumas pérolas melódicas pelo caminho. Joining their perspectives in a meticulous, hands-on working method, the two bring a balanced and hypnotizing sound to the club. Be it in the form of a dj set or their full- fledged hardware live set crystallizing in the mind and oscillating the body. What sets Artefakt apart is combination of musical material, atmosphere and groove, captivating your spirit, whether you are listening quietly on headphones, or you hear the music pounding from a 10 foot tall PA at a rave. Submerged in both Djing and production, Fabrizio Lapiana started his career as a Dj back in 1994, influenced mainly by the early 90's sound of Rome and Detroit as well by the first european pioneers of electronic music.
