So excited to announce that Ines Sena has returned to Portugal and offering another beatiful hands on massage workshop.... those who attended last year remember how amazing this lady is in sharing her wisdom and knowledge of massage.
Workshop Information....
Bringing Traditional Thai Massage, Shiatsu and Oriental Oil Massage together; A combination of stretching, rubbing or pressuring, this workshop will teach you a few key techniques that will help you reconnect and unwind, while getting in touch with tensions or blocked energy points in the body. Working in pairs you will learn how to give and recieve physcial touch.
About Inês....
Touch as a form of healing has always been a part of my life. In my early 20’s, after I came across the psychedelic culture, I started a process of self-discovery that would lead to my life as a therapist. During these years, I started to study and practice Indian Oil Massage.
Later, I would travel to Thailand, where I would learn from different generations of therapists about the ancient art of manipulating the body as a way to reach one’s spirit.
Back to Lisboa, I studied Shiatsu, which ended up being the most powerfull and life changing matter I studied so far.
In my sessions, instead of finding something to fix, I always aim to be a helping and supportive energy of one's life process at the moment, while enhancing their inner capability of self healing.
*The workshop is lead in English with Portuguese translation if needed. €20 per person or €30 per couple (ask a friend/colleague/housemate to come too!)
