Want to join us in celebrating International Yoga Day? Last year to commemorate this uniting day we met at Carcavelos for 108 Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations). This year we would love to do it again! This is a free event, a simple gathering of yogis, uniting to honour our practice. Bring your mat... or beach towel and meet near Angels Bar on the beach @19:30.
The aim is 108 Sun Salutations or as many as your body will allow, it will be guided by your breath and personal yoga practice (no teacher just 9x 10min intervals to complete 12 SS). The day also marks the longest day of the year so a late sunset at 21:00 will conclude the practice.
