Prenatal Yoga Class

Growing a baby in your belly is hard work and not always just pleasurable! Prenatal Yoga is a valuable help through the various phases of pregnancy that prepares you for birth and motherhood. – First of all, however, we want to create a space for you to take time for yourself and your unborn!

The regular yoga practice helps to reduce i.a. swelling, (especially lower) back and leg pain, and insomnia. Moreover, besides your own increased flexibility, strength, and circulation, your baby’s health along with the maternal bond may improve as well. There are many great exercises for pregnant women to prepare body and mind well for birth, inviting the baby to assume an optimal birth position. We work with the pelvic floor, talk openly about any fears and doubts regarding the birth itself, and do some helpful practice to prepare for the labour.

This single drop-in class is open for all pregnant women & their unborn babies. 
No previous yoga practice required.
No registration. Energy exchange: €10
