Open Sharing Circle - With Special Equinox Topic

This is an invitation for all to join us within a safe circle on Wednesday afternoons whenever you feel the calling to share whatever wants to be shared, spoken out or pondered upon.

With the special Equinox time you are invited to prepare beforehand - or also just look into the topic as you are with us:
WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS & INTENTIONS?
WHAT IS BLOCKING OR LIMITING YOU FROM MOVING TOWARDS YOUR GOALS?
If you can, write down any insights about limiting beliefs, emotions, stories, but look also into your goals and intentions to reinforce them. Come ready to share any insights that you have in doing this process. We'll then do a little group ceremony to help us move more powerfully towards our goals.

The general set up of this weekly Sharing Circle is simple: We start off each Sacred Sharing Circle with a short grounding meditation and then let the talking stick – a very useful tool borrowed from the Native Americans – be passed around, for each of us to share within a fixed time frame as much or as little as is coming through from our hearts.

Everyone in the circle is invited to practice active listening and to be totally present to hold the space unconditionally for each other’s sharing and healing. Usually there will not be any feedback given, except for when explicitly asked for. We request that we all respect each other’s privacy and strictly keep what is shared confidential within this sacred circle.

Knowing that each one’s truth lies within oneself, we simply want to create a safe and gentle space to enable us to listen to our Divine Self.
