After quite a break, we have sound therapist Johannes back for another special Nada Yoga session.
Come on board of our Sound Bath Ship at InLight. You are invited to either meditate while lying down or simply deeply relax during this concert with vibrational sounds which take you on a safe journey of deep relaxation and self-healing. Your energy bodies are being cleared and harmonized….
The very experienced sound therapist Johannes Häfner was trained by his father Walter Häfner (http://www.klang-kraft.de/). With two sets of singing bowls consisting of 13 bowls each, and one giant singing bowl, in which one can stand, Johannes creates a very unique sound bath, accompanied by a 120cm gong, a monochord, cymbals and bells.
No registration, just make sure to arrive a few minutes before 8.15pm to settle in until we lock the door!
