A dança com Hula Hoops tem influências de diversas práticas como a ginástica, o hip hop e o "twirling". O Hula Hooping faz parte do movimento das Flow Arts. É uma forma de movimento divertida tornada ainda mais dinâmica e interessante pelo hoop (arco).
Curso de 4 aulas:
Irá aprender os básicos: truques com o corpo e fora do corpo, iniciando a dança com utilização desses truques.
Aptidões desenvolvidas: Equilíbrio mente-corpo, relaxamento, diversão e treino do corpo inteiro.
Roupa: Roupa de algodão justa ao corpo é o ideal. Meias/Sapatos ou sem sapatos: a escolha é sua!

Hoop Dance is influenced by different types of dance such gymnastics, hip hop and twirling. Hula Hooping is part of a movement called flow arts. In this playful way of moving the hoop makes it very dynamic and interesting.
Course of 4 classes
You learn the basics: tricks over the whole body and 'off body' tricks as welll, trying to start dancing by using the tricks.
You develop: Balance of body and mind, relaxation, fun and a full body work-out.
Clothing: Wear confortable clothing that are tight around the body and cotton works best. Socks/shoes or bare feet are all good.

Five years ago Céline started Hula Hooping when a friend taught her some tricks. Because of the happiness and dancing that followed she was immediately hooked. The childlike playfullness but also the power, focus and (sensual) dancing make her love hula hooping. Even now there is a new discovery in every training session. Most of her skills are aquired by training in nature. And the lessons and hoop retreats by top level teachers.
