Afro Sacred Dance Workshop with Anitxa

This is a high energy workshop full of colour, inspiring music, culture, union and lots of beautiful dance moves in an amazing group spirit. 

The workshop is based on the movements and traditions from the West Coast of Africa, adapted to a personalised educational structure to enhance awareness of the body.

We will share a culture that is rich in terms of diversity of movements, sounds, chants and ancestral rituals to give life and joy to this gathering through dance and music.

This dance workshop is a beautiful time to connect with our sacred body, our inner strength. An opportunity to interact with the rhythm of the drums and the beat of our heart. 

Come and be inspired by the African tradition. Live music with percussion, strings, keys, sounds of seeds and songs lead the group to live an authentic experience of African culture, in a unique, sacred and respectful atitude towards life.

Uma partilha duma cultura rica e diversa em termos de movimentos, sons, cantos e ritos ancestrais dando vida e alegria a este encontro através da dança e da música.

Este workshop é o momento ideal para conectar com o nosso corpo sagrado e a nossa força interior. Uma oportunidade única para interagir com o ritmo dos tambores e a batida do coração. 

Vem inspirar-te pela tradição Africana. Música ao vivo com percussão, cordas, teclados, sons de sementes e canções irão levar o grupo à vivência autêntica de cultura Africana numa atitude sagrada e respeituosa perante a vida.
