During this workshop you will learn to cook 3 authentic Thai dishes! (Starter, main and desert)

We will introduce Fish in Thai cooking, fresh summer salad, stir-fried and steam technics .

The main focus of the class is to give you some Asian cooking technics and tips so you can redo what you have learned in the class at home. I also like to substitute some of the ingredients into a local and seasonal one to make it even easier for you.

In this class you will:

Start with a welcome Thai refreshment drink
Learn of 3 healthy Thai dishes,
Learn basic nutrition tips to cook healthier Thai food at home,
Learn basic Thai cooking technics,
Taste each dishes after the demonstration
Cook and gets your hands in action
Enjoy and lovely lunch with a glass of wine at the end of the workshop
Get ready to chop, smell, cook, sauté, taste and learn!

Hi, I’m Pri, from Bangkok, Thailand. I started my career as a Fashion Designer and worked for many brands in Bangkok.

I met my partner 4 years ago and he gave me the taste for travel. I quit my job and I have been exploring the world for 3 years now. During my journey, I came across so many cultures, colors, people and most importantly food!

Food is my passion and I have been cooking since I was 4. Well, at that age, I was just trying to help my mother in the Markets of Bangkok.

My mother is a professional Thai cooking teacher and I helped her during her classes.

During my travel I have been struggling finding “real” Thai food that was authentic and healthy….so I’ve decided to give Thai cooking classes and organizing Pop-Up dinners to show you guys the real taste of my hometown cuisine!
