Instalação Wonders Wander, de Shu Lea Cheang, inaugura a 3 de Outubro na Wrong Weather Indo ao encontro do seu carácter transdisciplinar, o Queer Porto 3 inaugura no dia 3 de Outubro, às 18h, na Galeria Wrong Weather, a instalação Wonders Wander, criada pela artista multimédia Shu Lea Cheang para o Madrid Pride 2017. O projeto teve, recentemente, a sua estreia internacional no Queer Lisboa 21, onde a obra de Shu Lea Cheang foi alvo de uma retrospetiva, e agora Wonders Wander chega ao Queer Porto 3, podendo ser vista até sábado, dia 7, na Wrong Weather, no horário de abertura habitual da Galería. Wonders Wander foi criada originalmente como uma web série e nela Shu Lea Cheang explora uma nova geração queer, que inclui refugiados, migrantes, pessoas com diversidade funcional, transfeministas, famílias abertas, maternidades subversivas, vida sustentável e o crescimento de práticas de autodefesa para a autodeterminação, numa viagem de quatro episódios por diferentes bairros da capital espanhola: Lavapies, no centro, Vaciador, em Carabanchel, La Dragona, em Ciudad Lineal, e 12 torres, em Vallecas. --- Wonders Wander installation, by Shu Lea Cheang, opens on October 3rd at Wrong Weather Truthful to its transdisciplinary core, Queer Porto 3 inaugurates on October 3rd, at 6pm, at Wrong Weather Gallery, the Wonders Wander installation, created by multimedia artist Shu Lea Cheang for Madrid Pride 2017. The project recently had its international première at Queer Lisboa 21, where Shu Lea Cheang’s body of work was the subject of a retrospective, and, now, Wonders Wander lands in Queer Porto 3, where it can be seen until Saturday, the 7th, at Wrong Weather.
