A pintora letã, Anna Laicane, apresenta o seu trabalho na RAIZVANGUARDA, em Bordeiro, onde se encontra em residência, estimulado por fotografias fragmentadas de Lisboa e Góis. Reflectindo sobre a abundância de tempo que se distancia do seu quotidiano citadino, a artista revela uma série de quadros que, potenciados pela luz, procuram a geometria natural do ambiente e do espaço humano nele inserido.

Latvian artist Anna Laicane in her art project developed in RV Artist in Residency program in Góis, Portugal is flowing the idea of abundance and time which is subtending to the space in cities. By transmitting these ideas artist is looking for natural geometry of environment and human place in it. Light as a component is extremely important in artist work. Anna Laicane was inspired by the fragmentary photographic images of Lisbon and Góis which she has reflected in her paintings.
