Founder of MMY time, a big advocate of ceremony, community, & connection, Jovanka prides herself in the ritual of setting time aside for yourself daily, to fill your love cup using the tools of Movement, Meditation and Yoga. Jovanka is a 500RYT, and ceremony facilitator that holds space for you to drop into your body, feel your emotions, move, express and release. Inspired by Gabrielle Roth, Jovanka uses ecstatic dance as her main medicine - a surrendering movement meditation- her ‘full body prayer’. Jovanka has built a profound relationship with Cacao and other plant medicines and uses Cacao in ceremony to help open your heart. Through Shamanic practices, Jovanka holds a safe, strong ceremony space, allowing you to surrender and reconnect to love. Because Self first is not selfish. ☾ Who is Fiammetta? ☾ Fiammetta also known as Shanti Flame Yoga (@shantiflame) is an International Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation teacher with 100 hours YTT certified by Yoga Alliance. Young creatress and explorer of sacred spaces. Fiammetta is 25 years old, Italian, raised in Brussels, studied art and fashion in London and is now based in Turin. Her flows help us; balance the YIN (stillness, calm, space and listening) of our metropolitan YANG lives (chaos, action and movement). Her sessions end in Savasana with a Tibetan bowl Chakra Massage. "AWAKENING THE GODDESS THAT YOU ARE!" Fiammetta is also the co-founder of Loba Nomad. A collective of women’s circles & wellness Retreat Facilitators. Fiammetta holds sanctuary spaces where she uses her creative background to develop womb healing techniques; for women to reconnect in sisterhood and re-establish their Sacred Shakti Power & enchanting creativity. ☾ Who is Irene? ☾ Wisdom keeper of the plant realm and the mysteries of the feminine, co-founder of Loba Nomad and creatress of Da Lua Herbals, where she explores the healing properties of plants that are native to Portugal, especially wild plants and those considered “weeds”. Based in Portugal, where she leads a regenerative project on a seaside land. Re-building a house with natural & local materials, while growing a medicinal and food garden. Irene is passionate about the Wild Woman and about the power of the Circle & sacred space holding: she has been guiding Women's Circles all over Europe, uplifting women to their full potential by sharing wisdom about the Moon Cycles & Women’s Cycles. She is fascinated by plant medicine, ancient wisdom and craftsmanship. She is a therapist, event organizer and herbalist. Multiple and One.
