Ching is an artist based in Porto. She made The Rolling Food Project during her art residency in Athens last year with her another artist friend — a series of small food projects made into one performative art event, through grocery shopping, cooking and sharing the food, re-designing the dining table and the way of eating, documenting the process and making the cook book.
