Lettuce taco with mackerel and red pepper and cashew cream

Lettuce taco with sweet corn and cashew cream (vegan)

Second Dish:
Pork cheeks with broad beans and crispy herbs and bread

Celery steaks with cereals and lentils mixture (vegan)

About the event:
At Impact Hub Lisbon, in R. 1º de Maio 103, 1300-472 Lisboa. 

About the host:
Joana Trindade Bento went from plastic arts to cuisine because the kitchen became a place of unlimited creative possibilities. Seasonal, attentive to sustainability, and to food waste. Unashamedly passionate about all things food. Joana worked at restaurants such as Osteria - an italian tavern - and Cais na Preguiça. After many years of catering for friends and organizations such as Impact Hub, she founded JOY cate.ring (www.instagram.com/joy_cateringlx/) in 2019.
