Come and join us, for an awakening weekend filled with yoga, 
movement and meditation.

In these four days  you are invited to take a break from everyday 
life to discover yourself on a deeper level; physically, spiritually and emotionally. Enjoy a safe environment and allow yourself to just be and sense in.

Our journey will take place at the magical O Bosque near Estremoz-  a two hour drive from Lisbon. A beautiful traditional farm in the middle of cork forests, permaculture garden, birds, stars and silence with access to our own eco-friendly pool and outdoor yogaplatform.

Throughout our journey we will be accompanied by fresh healthy soul food.

You will be guided by me, Fidelia, who will propose different somatic practices amongst traditional tantra yoga and movement exercises to awaken your senses in a profound way.
