YIN YOGA 50H TRAINING Yin Yoga is a powerful practice derived from traditional Hatha Yoga that draws its influences in East and West. Slow and meditative practice, yin yoga targets joints, fascia and connective tissues. Each posture is held for several minutes and delivers a real invitation to work body and mind in depth, in a space of balance between tension and compression, between too much and not enough, between Yin and Yang. Emotions, ideas, sensations, everything is available and just waiting to be listened to, felt and welcomed. During this 50-hour training, Anne-Gaëlle Guillot and Philippe Beer-Gabel offer you the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of yoga and to have a complete understanding of Yin Yoga, in order to be able to teach this wonderful practice in conscience and in all security. Anne Gaëlle and Philippe will reveal the essence of it in a personal way. This week of exchanges and sharing will also be an opportunity to put into perspective the other currents of yoga that are Hatha, Asthanga or Vinyasa. Because if Yin Yoga is a practice in itself, it is also reputed to embody a perfect complement to yang practices, more dynamic.
