11:00 - 11:30 - Breathing Meditation with Irene
We will start the day with Pranayama and breathing techniques that will help us to improve lung capacity, clear our mind and balance our nervous system. We will gain awareness of our breath to awaken more energy in your body as well as to clear any stagnation or blockages to feel at ease.
11:30 - 12:15 - Precision & Flow Yoga with Sara
May is the perfect time to embrace the changes that come with the season, even more if you enjoy practicing outdoors!
Spring brings with it a sense of renewal, growth and blossom. Through a specific sequence of asanas this class can be truly profound and we can maximize the cleansing and strengthening of our whole body, including our minds.
In a perfect balance of fluid movement and clear alignment, we will flow through the practice, exploring how yoga can help you connect with the changing seasons, refresh your mind and body, and embrace the new beginnings that spring has to offer.
12:30-13.15 - Guided Thai Yoga Massage exchange with Johanna
Enjoy a sweet exchange of giving and receiving of this beautiful bodywork to relax, connect and improve your wellbeing!
Human touch is one of the most powerful tools that we can use to shift tension and brighten the mood.
We will divide you in pairs of two and Johanna will guide you through a Thai Yoga Massage sequence that involves pressure through hands and thumbs, supported stretches and rocking movements.
This can help to release tension and relax deeply from your feet to your head and create physical, mental and energetic balance.
13:15 - 14:15 - Get together Lunch
In a closing circle we will take a moment to reflect, give feedback or share your experience and connect with the whole group.
We will serve you fresh lemonade, tea and there will be homemade salads, vegetarian snacks, fruit and sweet treats that you can enjoy on the terrace, enjoy the view of Lisbon and connect to other fellow participants and teachers in a nice conversation.
