Come for an afternoon of Yoga and Surf on the beach.
We meet with Hooked Surf School Portugal at one of Lisbons beautiful surrounding beaches (Praia de Carcavelos/Guincho) for a surf lesson, followed by a restoring Yoga lesson on the beach. Perfect for beginners and people with some surf experience. Surfers are very welcome to join in for a Yoga lesson to relax and watch the sun go down on the beach.
