Neste workshop, os participantes irão desenhar e executar uma peça de joalharia a partir de madeira cortada a laser, criando os seus próprios padrões de ponto-cruz ou de bordados. A peça será finalizada com colocação de acessórios (argolas e correntes). Todos os materiais estão incluídos e os participantes levarão para casa as peças criadas que produzirem.

In this workshop you’ll be designing and making a piece of jewellery from a laser cut wood-based sheet and creating your unique cross stitch or embroidery pattern. Finishing the piece with jewellery findings (jump ring and chains) to complete the project. All materials are included and you’ll get to take home your creation.

(The Mentor: Nomera is a british born designer living in Lisbon, she graduated with a BA in fashion design. After working internationally in the fashion industry for almost a decade, Nomera decided to embark on a new journey after discovering and falling in love with metalsmithing. NOMERA Jewellery was born, a bespoke contemporary jewellery brand. Each creation is handmade using traditional skills and techniques, semi-precious and precious metals are used reflecting strong graphic lines and shapes inspired through culture and travel.
