11:00 – 12:30 – Meditação com taças tibetanas **
11:00 – 13:00 – Visita Guiada à Quinta
12:30 – 14:30 – ALMOÇO – pizzas vegetarianas em forno a lenha*
14:30 – 15:30 – Introdução à permacultura
15:30 – 16:30 – Plantação de um Jardim Mediterrâneo e Reflorestação na Mata da Quinta
16:30 – 17:30 – Círculo de Cânticos de diferentes tradições – com Diana & Pedro ***
17:30 – 18:30 – Inauguração do Círculo do Fogo – Canções na Fogueira

Ao longo do dia (10:00 – 12:30 e 14:30 – 18:00) teremos animação infantil levada a cabo pelo Projecto Novas Descobertas!

11:00 – 13:00 – Farm Guided Tour
12:30 – 14:30 – LUNCH – vegetarian pizzas made in wood oven*
14:30 – 15:30 – Introduction to permaculture
15:30 – 16:30 – Mediterranean Garden Plantation and Reforestation in the Farm’s Woodland
16:30 – 17:30 – Chanting Circle – mantras from different traditions with Diana & Pedro ***
17:30 – 18:30 – Firepit inauguration – Singing around the Bonefire

Throughout the day (from 10:00 – 12:30 and from 14:30 – 18:00) we will have children’s animation carried out by Projecto Novas Descobertas!
