What is the song that made your generation reimagine its future? What is the ‘Grândola, Vila Morena´ of your time and culture? 

Languages shape the way we think, feel and act — while songs have the power to deliver new ideas and new values straight into the collective heart of a society. The idea for this meetup is to have a fest of memorable tunes and breathtaking metaphors from your languages and cultures in one room. 

All you need to do is find the lyrics to your song, bring the YouTube link or an instrument, and share its words and meaning with all of us. 

We´ll be exploring the multilingual dreams of better tomorrows on October 5th at 19h - so do bring yours!

As línguas moldam a forma como pensamos, sentimos e agimos – enquanto as canções têm o poder de proporcionar novas ideias e novos valores directamente no coração de uma sociedade inteira. O objectivo desta reunião é ter uma festa de canções memoráveis e metáforas de cortar a respiração das vossas línguas e culturas numa única sala. 

Tudo o que precisam de fazer é encontrar a letra da vossa canção, trazer o link do YouTube ou um instrumento musical e partilhar as suas palavras e significados com todos nós.

Iremos explorar os sonhos multilinguísticos de um amanhã melhor no dia 5 de Outubro às 19h – por isso, tragam os vossos!
