Drew's Biography
Drew has undergone extensive training and is very passionate about this lifestyle called Yoga. Training as a Hatha Flow teacher in 2004, while sourcing inspiration and embodying the different styles and methods concerned with energy and movement, which lead to meditation.

Drew thrives on sharing this path with others. Supporting pupils between the ages of 3 to 90 years old...working often with those that have health challanges in their lives. And is a strong believer that we can only ever assist others to remember (through the application of yoga principles) the Light of Inner Wisdom, residing within the Stillness of Being, which transcends all wordly knowledge.
Playing, Working and Resting within the framework of flowing breath.
Moving and strengthening from the core, whilst balance and flexibiliy gently lead One to the meditative state of Well Being.
He's worked with people One on One and taught groups in studios and retreat centres all over Europe over the last 11 years.

Healing Sound and Voice

From very early childhood to present, Drew has been involved with many varied works of music and sound that can simply dissolve blockages on All levels. He applies the use of guitar, flute drum and gong to the sessions. With inspiration drawn from medicine songs, chants and mantra. Encouraging free expression and empowerment through the natural gift of the voice.
