True Italian Essence

During this week, Il Basilico restaurant is introducing new creations cooked up by our guest chefs and a new exclusive menu where the most popular dishes over the course of the festival become the restaurant's new menu !!
 
To open the Italy with Soul festival, on Monday we have an Ensemble of PortoBay Chefs !! Benoît Sinthon from The Cliff Bay hotel, Klaus Leichtenmüller from the Porto Santa Maria hotel, Alcino Marques and Jorg Zimmermann from the Vila Porto Mare resort and Cristiano Cutietta from Il Basilico restaurant come together to pay homage to the flavours of Italy.
 
We will also have a special guest !! The Italian chef Giorgio Damasio who will present his specialities throughout the week. ..
