Workshop - Free - Moved by Creative Trust

This Saturday we'll host our 7th open free workshop in Porto!

✨ Dedicated to creating the necessary safe space for connecting with our creativity and wisdom, the first part will include, as usual:

😇 body relaxation practices and improvisation games. The second part will have a

🌳 creative prompt for personal reflection and the opportunity to share in trustworthy circles.

🙌 The first part is more playful and energized, the second - more still and contemplative: two halfs of a holistic process of our adult development.

If you have any uncertainty or dilemas you want to explore with curiosity and support them with intuitive creativity, if you want to make meaningful connections or simply want to play, feel welcome!
