On the 26th and 27th of August, from 19h30 to 21h30, we welcome chef Gustavo Tavares for a two-day COOKING TECHNIQUES MASTERCLASS — an immersion into movement, flavour, and the quiet discipline behind the kitchen.

Rooted in Japanese precision and Portuguese depth, this edition will focus entirely on cold preparations — where the essence lies in detail, balance, and the silent choreography of each element.

A workshop to refine technique, expand perception, and reconnect with the simplicity of raw intention.
