Cinema has portrayed women working from the beginning, but the worker has taken the form of a male figure. In partnership with the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work, we discuss how women have been represented in film as workers, the fights and collective struggles, and how diversified portrayals can call for a broader discussion and understanding.
