Abertura : Terça, 6 de Abril | 14:00 - 19:00 Duração : 06.04 - 29.05.2021 „ O Carlos falou-me do seu peixinho negro — companhia de atelier —, que lhe impusera não só a necessidade de cuidado mas que igualmente lhe determinara, justamente pelo compromisso em favor do ritmo fisiológico da pequena criatura, a criação de um outro ritmo, agora humano, de viagem diária e comparência a esse lugar tão essencial à prática artística, onde o pensamento vagueia e experimenta a espessura de um tempo-outro, saindo da cabeça e fazendo-se mão, de modo a participar de livre direito na assembleia do real. Se acreditarmos na indiferença que qualquer peixe doméstico possa ter face ao que está para lá do mundo próprio que é o seu aquário, estaremos, no entanto, redondamente enganados ao perceber que o do Carlos lhe mostrou exactamente o contrário. Talvez por inveja benigna, talvez por pura contaminação de posturas e fazeres, aquele peixinho negro começou também a transformar-se, no seu caso através da única coisa que lhe estaria à mão — o seu próprio corpo —, lentamente se transfigurando num exímio nadador dourado. Opening : April 6th , 2 – 7 pm Duration : 14.11 - 09.01.2021 „ Carlos told me of this little black fish - a studio companion - which had not only imposed a need for its care but which had also determined, precisely because of the commitment in favor of the little creature's physiological rhythm, the creation of another rhythm, this time human - of a daily journey to that place that is so essencial to the artistic practise. A place where though wanders, experimenting the thickness of another time, leaving one’s head and becoming one’s hand, so as to participate free willingly in the assembly of the real. If we believe in the indifference that any domestic fish might have towards what is beyond the world of its bowl, we will be sorely mistaken, and realize that Carlos's showed him exactly the opposite. Perhaps out of benign envy, perhaps out of pure contamination of postures and actions, that little black fish also began to transform itself - in its case through the only thing at hand, its own body -, slowly transforming itself into an excellent golden swimmer.
