Sunshine Pop-Up Yoga Picnic

Thank you teachers! You're invited to practise with us on 5th July 2020 as we celebrate "Teacher's Day"! We'll gather to flow through a dynamic asana sequence grounding our presence and gratitude. Offering our energy and appreciation to the teachers in our life - of past, present and future. Connecting body, mind and spirit as we find the essence that is the teacher within us, our eternal guide.

Sabine will lead a 60mins vinyasa flow, focusing on synchronising breath with movement. Following a deeply nourishing savasana, we invite you to stay with us as we reflect on the practice over light picnic bites, prepared by Martina.

Join us at 17h on Sunday, 5th July 2020 in the park by Cais do Sodre, next to Ribeira das Naus. Please bring a mat or a towel for the class.
