Dança livremente ao som da música, sem te preocupares com coreografias ou teres que pensar nos nomes dos passos.
No 'Just Solo Dance', só tens que seguir!
Iremos gradualmente dar-te diversos movimentos e ritmos, sem grandes explicações, pois queremos que o teu corpo aja naturalmente sem pensar no que está a fazer.
O objectivo é trabalhar a nossa consciência corporal e coordenação motora, explorar movimentos, ritmos e relacioná-lo com a música que estamos a ouvir.
Queremos que ganhes confiança para que vás mais além com os movimentos e ritmos do teu corpo. 
Vamos dançar ao som do Blues e Swing, mas também algum Soul e uma pitada de loucura! 
Teremos pouca conversa... mas muita música e dança!

O objetivo não é aprender uma dança mas sim e apenas dançar!

Dance freely to the sound of music, without worrying about choreography or having to think about the names of the steps.
At Just Solo Dance, you just have to follow!
We will gradually give you several movements and rhythms, without much explanation, because we want your body to act naturally without thinking about what it is doing.
The goal is to work on our body consciousness and motor coordination, explore movements, rhythms and relate it to the music we are listening to.
We want you to gain confidence so that you go further with the movements and rhythms of your body. 
We'll be dancing mainly Blues and Swing music, but also some Soul and a pinch of madness! 
We'll not chat a lot... but there will be lots of music and dancing!

The goal is not to learn a new dance but just dance, dance, dance!
