What is AcroYoga?
"AcroYoga combines the wisdom of yoga, the loving benevolence of Thai massage, and the dynamic energy of acrobatics. These three lineages form the basis of a particular practice that cultivates trust, connection, and playfulness."
We want to invite you to share this wonderful practice with you while introducing you to the Basic Elements.
In this Workshop we will focus on some mindfulness as well as on tightness and balance in a playful way, before guiding you through some practical AcroYoga performing positions and already play with some transitions.
To calm the body and mind down after the AcroYoga exercise we want to introduce you to some therapeutic flying – which is a healing practice in AcroYoga and includes massage Elements and some relaxing postures.
Just remind, it´s not about effort, but about allowing to play, to learn and you will see it will enrich your day.
We are Elena & Tim and living for 2 years in the beautiful Lisbon and are since then training, learning and improving together. As we love to be outside in the nature, we convert many places into playgrounds for doing some AcroYoga and for playing, moving and joking around.
We are part of the core group of AcroMonkeysLX, who organize the regular weekly Open Jam in Lisbon.
We like to spread this great practice and to see smiling faces, that’s why they have been teaching workshops in Lisbon or at Festivals in Spain, Portugal and Germany. That´s also why we want to invite you to come to BOA LAB on Saturday!

Beside loving to play around we also produce a super fresh and tasty lemonade in a glass bottle LICO limonada. After the brunch, we will have a LICO LIMONADA POP UP Cocktail and Lemonadebar! Feel more than invited to stay with us in the beautiful BOA Space and to try our lemonade :)
