Hawaiian Body Work - Lomi Lomi

Hawaiian Bodywork or Lomi Lomi is a personal transformative work,
aswell as a massage treatment,
It has been brought to the western world by Kahu Abraham Kawai´i, a Hawaiian Kahuna Healer.
He described the work as an application of natural principles in action.
The hawaiian way of seeing the world is very much shaped by watching and listening to nature. It is a work with the elements, a work of balancing and continous harmonizing.

In this Workshop we will connect to the hawaiian „energy laws“ through movement, touch, meditation and teachings.
We will experience the „Flight of the Navigator“, a danced meditation, which is at the same time a simple and complex movement to bring us into presence, flow and stillness.
We will discover how to apply what we learned, moving from a calm and centered inner space into touch and bodywork.

This Workshop invites therapists and health professionals, aswell as anyone interested in developing selfawareness and applying natural laws to bodywork and massage.
