Músico que canta o quotidiano com estórias de desgraça, carregadas de verdade e asneiredo, as suas letras criam universos paralelos, meio melodramáticos. Foi aqui, neste local limitado por paredes e betão onde terá sido (logo à priori) definido que não pretendemos elaborar um tratado teórico sobre construção civil mas sim libertar-nos das amarras pré-estabelecidas e aceites pela sociedade criando uma linguagem própria quiçá oriunda da matéria da engenharia deste lugar e em resposta à necessidade de preencher este espaço “fechado”, surgindo assim este projeto: “O homem de uma banda só” Sem formação musical, (usualmente) sem qualquer harmonia de realçar, sem complexos nem manias mas peritos em furtar ambientes, sonoplastas e domadores de beats por talento, caminham entre uma linha temporal imaginária e conscientemente alternada contra as usuais melodias pré estabelecidas pela ditadura do gosto. Eis que apresentamos o nosso BEATTÂNTRICO com nuances indie-folky-pinky-trashy aliadas a uma noção contemporânea de baile alternativó-punk mas HARD em freaky-sound-mix resultantes da vontade única de um “homem só”, preso e dominado pelo vício introspetivo do “cut-up”; Este seu método “belo” envolve boicotar todos os sons emergentes pelos restantes intervenientes, cortando e alterando a normal cadência sonora sem nunca deixar ao acaso a improvisação geral dando um destino/efeito/velatura emocional à paisagem sonora transformada em diversos ambientes, logo o resultado é harmonioso dentro dos limites de cada um …. Este grupo de uma “banda só” divide-se em duas formações rochosas; uma formação com experiência performativa e com ligações à eletricidade, à dança e às letras (João Millino, João Branco, António Cova, Lisa Telles) e a outra representada pelos “los Abandonados” provindos do renascimento de um falecido projeto. António Cova is a musician who sings daily with stories of doom, loaded with truth and blunders, his lyrics create parallel, half melodramatic universes. This group of “one band only" (“uma banda só”) divides into two rock formations; one with performative experience and with connections to electricity, dance and letters (João Millino, João Branco, António Cova, Lisa Telles) and the other represented by “Los Abandonados” from the rebirth of a deceased project.
