Acro yoga workshop and worship ; )

Dear all and more,
We are workshoping again.. and worshiping upsidedowness ;)
It is a beach workshop so let's embrace all its delights and limitations :P
The workshop will coincide with the jam at the same beach/spot. Of course you can just jam and not join the workshop if you prefer. I'll post the link to it asa it is available.

: Acro Yoga workshop
 : not suitable for total beginners. But very welcome if you have a good level in other practices such as silks, pole/contemporary dance, or you are a yogi who developed a special love for inversions)
: Costa da Caparica beach, somewhere in the area of OH TI JOÃO restaurant (see the exact spot in the events' map)
: 29h September (Saturday), 2pm-4pm and then jamming
