This course gives women the time they need to deepen their knowledge of their sexuality and the self-healing processes that sexual / vital energy offers. It simultaneously involves the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects, perfectly aligned and integrated, in order to allow an intimate encounter with oneself, becoming aware of the sexual energy as a healer and potentiator of vitality and pleasure in life.

The course seeks to give women greater knowledge of their inner physiognomy and sexual energy as a tool for the empowerment of their erotic and feminine being, promoting self-confidence, self-esteem. In a harmonious way and in a safe environment we will make use of various practices accessible to any person so that in their day to day life they can enjoy their true potential as an erotic, expansive, connected and connective being.

Meditation (active, passive), Wheel of healing, somatic techniques, conscious breathing, sexual energy channeling techniques, conscious touch, tantric sexual techniques: Massage yoni and (optional) G-Spot.
