SOUL OF ANUBIS
Soul of Anubis are a Portuguese metal band. The band was formed in 2010 by Pedro (drums) Speeds (bass) and Ferrão (guitar and vocal). The actual line-up consists of Rui (drums) Speeds (bass) and Ferrão (guitar and vocal).
In January 2011, Soul of Anubis releases their first demo, entitled "First Passage".
In August 2013, an EP titled "Alone" was released and acted in some national stage.
In 2016 the first album "The Monster Among Us" was released, which has had good response to the people.
The influences of the band are the Deftones, Mastodon, High on Fire, etc. Also, friendship is always present among these three guys!

Os OAK lançaram em Março uma live session com o avanço do seu primeiro tema "Sculptures", gravado no mesmo estúdio (Stone Sound Studio) onde estão a produzir o seu primeiro album. Deram também o seu primeiro concerto como banda de abertura para Bell Witch (USA), um dos grupos mais fortes no meio do Funeral Doom. Este será o seu segundo concerto ao vivo onde tocarão alguns temas que poderão vir a fazer parte do seu primeiro longa duração. Tal como referido pela NO CLEAN SINGING: “Sculptures” is a musical spellcaster of a high order, one that rises slowly like a haunting mist across a barren plain and then steadily grows in emotional power and intensity. The deep thump and boom of the drums beat like a dying leviathan heart, but the pulse quickens, just as the song’s heart-aching melody becomes more despairing and the vocalist’s grim, cavernous growls become howls of pain."
