Zen Sunset

Hey beautiful people! 

 Come with us for a contemplative walk with integrated breathing exercices, guided meditations and a yoga session facing the sunset. 

 The amazing Paisagem Protegida da Arriba Fóssil da Costa de Caparica, a protected natural area located 25km from Lisboa, will be our scenario in this event. 

 The unusual shapes of this fossile cliff can be seen in their full splendour at dusk, when they acquire golden tones. Its woodland, which is dominated by stone pines and mastic-trees, is a botanical reserve.

 As to the Yoga and Meditation session, we will be guided by Maria, a young and curious soul whose passion for Yoga took her all the way to India to learn this ancient philosophy from its original birth place.

 From proper breathing techniques, to sun salutations, asanas and meditation, we will be able to engage in the beautiful environment around us in a mindful, conscious and fully connected way, leading then to a deeper connection with ourselves. 

 Bring comfortable clothes, a towel and a blanket so we can share this mindfulness together. Oh and, don't forget, bring your best vibes and your open, enthusiastic minds - we will need them!

 The contribution is 20€ and it includes: contemplative hiking, landscape interpretation, yoga and meditation sessions, fruits for the walk and personal accidents and civil liability insurances.

 Transportation is not included but we help you to find a ride to the place. If you need one, tell us in the registration form.

 The event might be canceled due to the weather conditions - we will confirm it  48h before.
