Having Dub music (a particular electronic cultural strand of reggae) as background, the DUB CLUB hosted by Selecta Bob Figurante is once again back by public demand at Fridayhappiness Cultural Association in Tojeiro, Algarve (Monchique). Addressed to its various electronic strains, since its Jamaican origins in late 60's/early 70's 'till todays internationalization of this genre, highlighting the new trends of the original dubstep of the last decade and with special emphasis on the jungle of the '90s and the subsequent drum'n'bass, the event will be celebrated in 2 different dancefloors. To kick start the night, at 10PM on the 2nd stage, handling the turntables we'll have Selecta Bob Figurante coming from Porto, DJ Kazoo (Feelin'irie Soundsystem - Brazil), Selecta Sensi, Zion Selecta from Spain and guests, that will provide the lowest frequencies for your souls and body. On the 1st stage, and until the sunrise, we'll have the local djs Sensimix, Dj Flea & Drumma Quinn, seconded by DJ Kritical directly from Coimbra and guests, with the fastest beats'n fattest bass lines.
