Join us for daily Vinyasa Flow (dynamic) and Yin yoga (deep slow stretches), surf lessons (no experience needed) and delicious food prepared with lots of love and flavor!
This is a casual mini yoga retreat where you'll have plenty of time to relax, maybe enjoy a glass of wine, get to know the town of Ericeira and most likely make new friends from around the world!
