Activate Breathwork created by Martin Mcnicholl is a guided multi sensory experience taking the participant on a deep journey to their true inner being and allowing the potential for profound healing and awakening insight. It has been called by some the most powerful meditation they have ever done.

Each of the 5 physical senses are activated and stimulated through visuals, sound, bodywork, aromas, and tastes allowing heightened awareness and altered states of consciousness. Using the voice and movements all elements of physical experience is utilised to its fullest potential.

The breathing technique is equally rewarding and challenging and is inspired by various modalities from Shamanic/Holotropic/Dynamic and Osho methods. This simple yet powerful technique can open up the flow of energy and life force to all areas of the body in a rapid and organic way. The intimate and interactive session lasts around 1.5hours and is a fully immersive and powerful experience.
