A artista fez retratos a lápiz de Alfred Hitchcock, Andy Warhol, Bertrand Russell, Bob Dylan, Bruno Munari, Charles Bukowski, David Bowie, Debbie Harry, Django Reinhardt, Harry Dean Stanton, Hunter S. Thompson, Iggy Pop, Jacques Tati, Jane Birkin, Jerry Lee Lewis, Kurt Vonnegut, Leonard Cohen, Lux Interior, Marianne Faithfull, Nat King Cole, Oliver Sacks, Richard Feynman, Serge Gainsbourg, Stan Lee, Thelonious Monk, William Burroughs, Willie Nelson and Yasujiro Ozu, entre outros. Os retratos e as citações escolhidas representam uma visão única e subjetiva da artista em relação à arte e à cultura do século XX. Sobre a artista: Sara Louise Tucker é uma artista luso-americana que estudou principalmente Filosofia mas também fez um curso de ilustração no Art Center College em Pasadena, Califórnia com Mark Todd e Ester Pearl Watson. Sara Louise Tucker participou em várias exposições de grupo: LACMA, Los Angeles; Independent Drawing Gig, Lituania; Drawgasmic, St. Louis; Barrister's Gallery, Los Angles; Golden Bell Arts Complex, North Carolina, entre outras. Ela vive entre os Estados Unidos e Portugal e já fez também exposições individuais na Ó! Galeria, Porto e no Balneário, LX Factory em Lisboa. O trabalho de Sara Louise Tucker concentra-se em imagens nostálgicas e icónicas dos anos 60 e 70 e personagens icónicos que representam graficamente a nossa cultura subliminal contenporânea. About the artist: Sara Louise Tucker is an luso-american illustrator and artist who studied Philosophy, but also did an illustration course at Art Center College in Pasadena, California, with Mark Todd and Ester Pearl Watson.
