Whether you’re coming on your own or with friends, this is the perfect opportunity to explore one of Portugal’s most beautiful natural settings, enjoy outdoor activities, meet like-minded people, and create new friendships in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.
Coastal Hike & Setúbal Discovery
We begin our journey at Albarquel Park in Setúbal and set off on a beautiful coastal hike through the stunning landscapes of Arrábida Natural Park.
Along the way, we’ll enjoy spectacular sea views, explore the surrounding hills, and visit the historic São Filipe Fortress overlooking the bay. We’ll also take time to discover Setúbal’s traditional market and wander through the charming streets of the city bay.
Please wear comfortable walking or hiking shoes.
Special 100% Organic Picnic
After the hike, we’ll recharge with a carefully prepared organic picnic featuring seasonal and regional products from the Arrábida region.

Sea Kayaking Adventure
The adventure continues with a guided kayaking experience along the spectacular coastline of Arrábida Natural Park. Departing from Albarquel Park, we’ll paddle past hidden coves and beautiful beaches, stopping at one of them for a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters.
The activity is supervised by experienced instructors, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Each participant will be provided with: single or double kayak, paddle and life jacket.
No previous kayaking experience is required.
