About the Host:
Astrid is a certified Yin Yoga teacher (300h YTT, Goa India), professional coach (ICF certified, Coaching Center Berlin), and painter. She has spent the last several years helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, reflection, and creativity.
The retreat will be conducted in English, Astrid is native German and speaks a little Spanish and is happy to translate, I've needed.
