WORKSHOP 
A proposta envolve os participantes num workshop com a companhia, partindo da ideia de que todos têm algo para dizer, que todos se podem mexer e expressar emoções através do corpo. Durante o workshop, os participantes terão a oportunidade de fundir a música do sul de Itália com sugestões locais e criar pequenas peças para partilhar com os outros. No final do workshop, a companhia (2 dancers) apresentará um excerto da performance SuL e estará disponível para perguntas e respostas com os alunos.

SUL 
Sul é uma obra assinada por Simona De Tullio para a Breathing Art Company. A performance é uma celebração do espírito, das ideias, das emoções e das almas do Sul... em todo o lado onde se sente o Sul, não é só no sul de Itália, é no Sul do mundo.
Sul é um projeto focado na linguagem corporal como ferramenta para expressar um sentimento, uma emoção, conectada com o sentido de diversidade que pertence a todos nós que viemos de regiões vulneráveis ​​ou áreas com poucas oportunidades. O Sud é uma celebração das paixões, do poder do corpo, é uma forma de envolver as pessoas através do poder dos gestos e da música. Não há limites para esta obra, nem linguísticos, nem políticos, nem geográficos.
BREATHING ART COMPANY 
A Breathing Art Company foi fundada em 2005, 
consolidando-se ao longo dos anos a nível nacional e 
internacional na promoção da dança. Inserida no Guia de Espetáculos da Região da Apúlia, a companhia apresentou os seus trabalhos na Alemanha, Espanha, Hungria, Albânia, Porto Rico, EUA (Miami, Nova Iorque, Charlotte, Newport), criando uma rede internacional que apoia com entusiasmo o Prémio Internacional de Dança de San Nicola, bandeira da atividade da companhia. Promover o talento local é a missão da companhia, que se junta ao centro de formação The Studio em Bari.

 FADO NOSSO  
Este excerto do espetáculo Fado Nosso cruza a Dança Contemporânea com o Fado, sendo uma adaptação da criação Fado Meu, Dançar Amália a Voz, desenvolvida pela Amalgama para o Panteão Nacional. Numa linguagem contemporânea, natural e genuína, a obra percorre a poesia, o amor, o humor e a saudade — essências que definem o Fado e os poetas portugueses _ expressa nos corpos dançantes por uma saudade de futuro e uma renovada saudade de infinito.  Canta-se, toca-se, dança-se e sente-se, numa partilha íntima de inspirações e sentidos com o público — um momento profundamente português que ecoa além-fronteiras.
 
Amalgama Companhia de Dança  
A Amalgama Companhia de Dança, fundada em 2000, desenvolve um trabalho centrado nas metodologias de Formação Artística e Desenvolvimento Pessoal, bem como na criação de espectáculos interdisciplinares que cruzam Património e Natureza, tendo sido pioneira ao levar a Dança a diversos locais do património nacional e da natureza profunda. Há 20 anos a Dançar o Fado, foi das primeiras companhias a explorar esta linguagem artística numa fusão com a Dança Contemporânea e o Flamenco, procurando revelar a essência do Fado e a intensidade das emoções — sentidas, ressentidas e guardadas — presentes nas suas temáticas poéticas. O seu trabalho destaca uma identidade artística própria , alquímica e visceral, assim como sensível e contemplativa, numa dimensão transversal à Alma,

WORKSHOP 
The project involves students in a workshop with the company, a workshop that moves from the idea that everyone has something to say, that everyone can move and express emotions through the body. During the workshop, students will have the opportunity to mix southern Italian music with local suggestions and create small pieces to share with all other students. At the end of the workshop, the company (2dancers) will perform an excerpt from the whole performance and will be available for a question and answer session with the students.
May 23rd: 6:30 PM / 7:30 PM: Performances - Breathing Art Company & Amalgama Dance Company & a moment from the Tarikavalli Dance Company.

SUD 
Sud is a work signed by Simona De Tullio for Breathing Art Company. The performance is a celebration of Southern spirit, idea, emotions and souls…everywhere you can feel southern, is not just south Italy is south of the world.  
Sud is a project focused on body’s language as tool to express a feeling, an emotion, connected with the sense of diversity that belongs to all of us that come from weak regions or  low opportunities areas. Sud is a celebration of passions, of body’s power, it’s a way to involve people through the power of gestures and music. There are no limits for this work, no linguistics, no politics, no geographics.
 
BREATHING ART COMPANY 
The Breathing Art Company was founded in 2005, 
establishing itself in these years at national and 
international level in the promotion of dance. Inserted in the Apulia Region's Showbook, the company presented its works in Germany, Spain, Hungary, Albania, Puerto Rico, USA (Miami, New York, Charlotte, Newport), creating an international network that passionately supports the Award International Dance of San Nicola, flagship of the company's activity. Promoting local talent is the company's mission, which is combined with the The Studio training center in Bari.

FADO NOSSO 
This excerpt from the show Fado Nosso blends Contemporary Dance with Fado, being an adaptation of the creation Fado Meu, Dançar Amália a Voz, developed by Amalgama for the National Pantheon. In a contemporary, natural and genuine language, the work explores poetry, love, humor and longing — essences that define Fado and Portuguese poets — expressed in the dancing bodies through a longing for the future and a renewed longing for the infinite. There is singing, playing, dancing and feeling, in an intimate sharing of inspirations and senses with the audience — a profoundly Portuguese moment that resonates beyond borders.
Amalgama Dance Company 
The Amalgama Dance Company, founded in 2000, develops work centered on methodologies of Artistic Training and Personal Development, as well as the creation of interdisciplinary shows that cross Heritage and Nature, having been a pioneer in bringing Dance to various locations of national heritage and deep nature. For 20 years, Dançar o Fado has been one of the first companies to explore this artistic language in a fusion with Contemporary Dance and Flamenco, seeking to reveal the essence of Fado and the intensity of emotions—felt, resented, and kept hidden—present in its poetic themes. Their work highlights a unique artistic identity, alchemical and visceral, as well as sensitive and contemplative, in a dimension transversal to the Soul.
