OFICINA DE DESENHO, CORPO E MOVIMENTO

Nesta oficina, o desenho nasce do corpo em movimento. Inspirados pelos trainings dos Segni Mossi, exploramos como cada gesto, passo e ritmo pode transformar-se em traço, cada linha revelando a energia do instante. Mais do que representar o corpo, desenhamos com o corpo, criando uma íntima ligação entre mão, olhar e corpo.

É um espaço de improvisação, descoberta e expressão, onde cada participante é convidado a deixar-se levar pelo impulso, pela intuição e exploração. Cada movimento influencia o traço, cada traço devolve movimento, num diálogo contínuo entre dentro e fora, entre sentir e criar.

Aberta a todos os jovens e adultos, não é necessária experiência em dança nem em desenho, basta curiosidade, entrega e vontade de explorar novas formas de expressão. Uma jornada criativa onde o corpo, a mão e o olhar se encontram, transformando esta sinergia em imagens únicas.

DRAWING, BODY & MOVEMENT WORKSHOP
(we speak English)

In this workshop, drawing emerges from the body in motion. Inspired by the Segni Mossi trainings, we explore how each gesture, step and rhythm can be transformed into a mark, with each line revealing the energy of the moment. Rather than representing the body, we draw with the body, creating an intimate connection between hand, gaze and movement.

It is a space for improvisation, discovery and expression, where each participant is invited to follow impulse, intuition and exploration. Each movement influences the line, and each line gives movement back, in a continuous dialogue between inside and outside, between feeling and creating.

Open to young people and adults, no previous experience in dance or drawing is required — only curiosity, openness and a willingness to explore new forms of expression. A creative journey where body, hand and gaze meet, transforming this synergy into unique images.

In this workshop we explore the connection between body and drawing through movement. Inspired by Segni Mossi training, we offer a space where gesture, rhythm and spontaneity translate the body’s energy into lines, shapes and graphic expressions. The goal is to create a living fusion between drawing and the fluidity of movement, allowing each stroke to reflect the dynamics and emotion of the present moment. No previous experience is required — just curiosity and openness — in an environment of improvisation, discovery and free creation, where movement and drawing come together in an intuitive dialogue.
