Ultimate Frisbee é um desporto onde jogam duas equipas uma contra a
outra. O objetivo é marcar o ponto levando o disco do lado oposto do
campo.
Há equipas de mulheres, homens e equipas mistas!
Vem
treinar e se gostares, podes também competir no campeonato
universitário, em campeonatos de Espanha, campeonatos portugueses,
torneios em Leiria, Lisboa, no estrangeiro...

Open trainings for everyone – 2025–2026 season
Mondays and Thursdays on the synthetic field at the University of Aveiro.
Ultimate Frisbee is a sport played by two teams against each other. The objective is to score by moving the disc to the opposite end of the field.
There are women’s teams, men’s teams, and mixed teams!
Come and train, and if you enjoy it, you can also compete in the university championship, Spanish championships, Portuguese championships, and tournaments in Leiria, Lisbon, and abroad.
