-10h15 acender o fogo, preparação do altar, do inipi e do espaço, cantos

-12h entrada no temazcal 
-14h roda de encerramento e partilha de alimentos
O Temazcal é uma cerimónia ancestral de banho de vapor (sauna) de purificação. No temazcal entramos de volta ao útero da mãe e recordamos e honramos a nossa natureza primordial de filhos da Terra e a nossa relação sagrada com os 4 elementos. Aqui limpamos os nossos corpos físico, mental, emocional e espiritual, sanando e libertando tudo o que já não nos serve para renascermos livres e alinhados com os nossos propósitos.
Contribuição sugerida:

O que trazer para temazcal: 
- toalha 
- calções / pareo / biquini 
- oferenda para o altar: sementes, flores, frutos em pequena quantidade simbólica (facultativo) 
- oferenda para a cerimónia: tabaco natural, cedro, sálvia, copal, outras ervas aromáticas (facultativo) 
- água, infusões, fruta e alimentos saudáveis para partilhar no final (altamente aconselhado)
Tenta chegar pf pelas 10h para fazermos juntos toda a cerimónia, com abertura do fogo, a preparação do inipi e dos altares e para teres tempo para te conectares com a energia deste ritual e o teu propósito.
Local: Espaço Compasso, Rua da Torrinha, 113 r/c (se ninguém atender à campainha, estaremos no jardim, liga pf para o número das inscrições)
José Seed Araguy (PT) realizou o seu caminho de 4 anos de busca de visão com a Abuela Margarita (México) e Santiago Andrade (Equador), de quem recebeu a benção das águas (permissão para guiar temazcais) em 2019. Dançante do sol e guardião de chanupa sagrada, é seguidor das tradições ancestrais do Fogo Sagrado de Itzachilatlan e do Sumak Kawsay, membro do Conselho da Busca de Visão de Nina Urku (Sicília) e eterno aprendiz e amante da vida e do grande mistério.

The Temazcal is an ancient steam bath (sauna) purification ceremony. In the temazcal we reenter the mother's womb and remember and honor our primordial nature as children of the Earth and our sacred relationship with the four elements. Here we cleanse our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies, healing and releasing all that no longer serves us so that we can be reborn free and aligned with our purposes. 
Suggested contribution:

Please try to arrive by 10 am so we can complete the entire ceremony together, including lighting the fire, preparing the inipi and altars, and allowing you time to connect with the energy of this ritual and your purpose.

What to bring to the temazcal: 
- towel 
- shorts/pareo/bikini 
- offering for the altar: seeds, flowers, fruits in symbolic quantities (optional) 
- offering for the guide: natural tobacco, cedar, sage, copal, rosewood, other aromatic herbs (optional) 
- water, infusions, fruits, and healthy foods to share at the end (highly recommended)
José Seed Araguy (PT) completed his 4-year vision quest with Abuela Margarita (Mexico) and Santiago Andrade (Ecuador), from whom he received the blessing of the waters (permission to guide temazcals) in 2019. Sun dancer and sacred chanupa guardian, José is a follower of the ancestral traditions of the Sacred Fire of Itzachilatlan and Sumak Kawsay, member of the Vision Quest Council of Nina Urku (Sicily), and an eternal learner and lover of life and the great mystery.
