Experience Abel Salazar - Caricaturas e Desenhos (Experience Trindade-Porto)

A Experience Trindade - Porto tem o prazer de acolher uma coleção intrigante de caricaturas e desenhos feitos por Abel Salazar (1889-1946), retratando vários professores, colegas da Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade do Porto e laureados com o Prémio Nobel de Fisiologia ou Medicina.

Esta exposição marca a inauguração da galeria de exposições temporárias, resultado de uma colaboração entre a Universidade do Porto, a Casa-Museu Abel Salazar e a Celestial Ordem Terceira da Santíssima Trindade, em parceria com um colecionador privado.

Disponível no Experience Trindade - Porto, de 12 de abril a 30 de junho, pode ser visitada todos os dias das 9h30 às 18h, convida os visitantes a explorar a visão artística de Abel Salazar, que imortalizou figuras importantes da comunidade médica com humor e perspicácia, e a descobrir como ele homenageou os laureados com o Prémio Nobel, capturando sua genialidade e contribuições para a ciência.

É uma oportunidade única para mergulhar na interseção inspirada entre arte, medicina e reconhecimento académico.

Experience Trindade - Porto is pleased to host an intriguing collection of caricatures and drawings by Abel Salazar (1889-1946), depicting various professors, colleagues from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Porto and Nobel Prize winners in Physiology or Medicine.

This exhibition marks the inauguration of the temporary exhibition gallery, the result of a collaboration between the University of Porto, the Abel Salazar House-Museum and the Celestial Third Order of the Holy Trinity, in partnership with a private collector. 

Available at Experience Trindade - Porto, from April 12 to June 30, it can be visited every day from 9:30am to 6pm It invites visitors to explore the artistic vision of Abel Salazar, who immortalized important figures from the medical community with humour and wit, and to discover how he paid homage to Nobel Prize winners, capturing their genius and contributions to science.
