Cromelech - Deriva (João Almeida & Ricardo Martins)
Evoking the memory of a long forgotten empire now buried beneath layers of dust, Deriva’s Cromelech stands as a testament to ancient times.Monolithic stone sculptures echo hymns dedicated to a fallen empire, with wall-dropping trumpets and earth-wrathing drum beats.Almeida discards any trace of lyrical abstract playing, opting instead for a rigorous stance with austere phrases reminiscent of hypnotic guitar lines, as if reciting lost tales of Gilgamesh's saga. Slow and steady emerging of a vast sea of white noise and fuzz, Martin's drums reach ashore in a continuum of energy and intricate detail. This derive is Debord’s nightmare, as we find ourselves wandering further than anticipated into a distant and unremembered land. João Almeida - Trumpet, No Input Ricardo Martins - Drums, Eurorack

Abrigos - Norberto Lobo & Yaw Tembe
Abrigos are small sound pieces raised by Norberto Lobo and Yaw Tembe on uncharted terrain, serving as sanctuaries that ignite imaginative fantasies through melody.Spaces of refuge that evoke a botanical psychedelia, casting onto fractured mirror domes that birth miniature universes, transforming and multiplying in sound and hue.
